    Description

    Vintage Craftsman Drill Press, probably manufactured in the 1950s, built by Sears.  The motor still works well, probably needs some maintenance however.  It is a 1/2 horsepower capacitor motor, 60 cycle, 8.2 amps.  Really a heavy duty nice drill press, can be bolted to the floor.  Comes with a vintage metal cigar box of miscellaneous drill bits.  My grandfather was a mechanic on the Burlington Northern Railroad in Minnesota for years, this drill press was in his home shop.  I would like this press to go to a good home and be used for years to come.
