    Description

This bracket holds a common 1/8 sheet baking tray
    available
    at
    Walmart
    for .
You are NOT buying a drill press, a tray, any tools or any other object in the fit example photos.  See photo 6 for what is being sold.
Installs without tools or taking your drill press
    apart
    .  Your tray may be
    re-positioned
easily along any straight section of the lip.
What you get is the gray plastic bracket and hardware to secure it to a 80mm drill press column.  Most import floor model and larger bench model drill presses have an 80mm column.  STILL!
    MEASURE your column.
    Measuring instructions below.
A handy place to leave drill bits, center bit, chuck key, micrometer,
    deburring
tool and general drill press related items.  Organize your drill press area and eliminate the temptation to leave parts and do-dads on the table.  Great place to leave your eye protection as well.
Way nicer and more rugged than the common bendy pizza tray type.
    Key to Photos
    1. Photo from operators left hand side of drill press showing use.  ONLY THE BRACKET.  Tray, Drill Press and Tools NOT INCLUDED.
    2. Photo from operators left hand side shows gripping other edge of tray.
ONLY THE BRACKET.  Tray, Drill Press and Tools NOT INCLUDED.
    3. Photo from front operators position.
ONLY THE BRACKET.  Tray, Drill Press and Tools NOT INCLUDED.
    4. Photo of bracket assembly you are buying installed on drill press post/column. Also shows details of cool color matching thumb screws.
ONLY THE BRACKET.  Tray, Drill Press and Tools NOT INCLUDED.
    5. Photo shows bracket as seen from operators right side of drill press.
ONLY THE BRACKET.  Tray, Drill Press and Tools NOT INCLUDED.
    6.  A photo of what you are buying.  You must provide your own 1/8 sheet tray from Walmart (
    approximately
    )
This tray bracket is made from ABS by additive manufacturing.  Bracket includes hardware as shown to clamp to your column. The hardware is made in the USA.  The bracket is made and was engineered by me.  The 1/8 sheet tray you get from the kitchen area of Walmart.  The tray is not included.   It will also hold the 1/4 sheet tray.  If you use a 1/4 sheet tray (looks way too big), keep heavy items close to the drill press column.
YouTube's "CRAFTED" Channel support item.  You can find my channel by searching "Crafted Atlas Lathe" which will bring up many of my videos.
Nothing in the photo's except the gray plastic tray holding bracket and hardware are included.  All other items in photo's such as the drill press, metal tray, tray contents and background items are there to illustrate how the bracket is used and not included.
    HOW TO MEASURE
If you don't have a digital caliper, you can put a fabric tape measure around the column.  An 80mm (3.146" across) column will be approximately 251mm (9 7/8") when measured around the outside. Alternately, you can wrap a paper ribbon around it, draw a line across at the overlap. Measure the length between the lines.
See my store for other sizes.  I also make a version for 2.250" and 2.750" variety which fits a great many American Made drill presses.
Before Buying!   Measure your drill press post (column) to be certain you are ordering the right one.  Do not contact me and ask if it will fit your drill press unless you are including an airline ticket for me to come measure it for you.  ;-)  Round trip of course.
If your drill press is another size that you don't see listed in my store, please let me know what it is. I will be happy to produce these for any relatively common post size and make them available to you and others.
