Made by SkillRite Co. in the USA, quality addition to smaller drill presses to reduce drilling speeds for larger bits, hole saws, metal drilling operations, etc. Fits most drill presses, however the seller is not responsible for fitment issues unrelated to materials and craftsmanship of the product itself. Installation requires verification of compatibility with the machine it is intended for i.e. pulley and belt sizes, mounting flange, etc. that should be determined prior to purchase.
