    Description

    Fresh out of a great, old Michigan estate sale this auction is offering up a very rare and guaranteed original Bear Archery #23 catalog.  I canno find a date on it anywhere but I believe it dates to 1950 which was the second year Bear had been in business in Grayling Michigan.  The catalog measures 8 1/2" x 11" and has a total of 11 pages of photos, descriptions and prices of the bows, cedar arrows, quivers, gloves, nocs, points and other items they offered that year.  There are also a couple of great photos of Fred with his high prized whitetail buck on the back page and W. F. Newton and his bull moose on the inside cover page.  This catalog is complete but appears to have some slight water damage throughout.  All pages are legible but a little bit crispy.  With that said, this catalog is a very difficult piece to come by and would make a great addition to any serious Bear Archery collection.  Buyer pays .00 shipping and handling.  Local pick-up is also welcomed.  Check out my other auctions for more archery or bow and arrow related items.
