Dimensions are exterior.
Usable interior dimensions are approximately 26x24x12"
Exterior shows some light handling wear such as scuffs, stickers, and may have writing in marker.
Rubber seal makes these watertight. Condition is excellent and are all full functional. May show some signs of wear including scuffs, some writing in marker and or stickers from military use.
