Here are two pieces of original ephemera from Parker Bros.,
Meriden
,
Conn.
One item is an embossed trimmed “Pine Cone” catalog cover from the 1912 “The Parker Gun” catalog. It measures 6-5/8” x 7-3/4”. The other item is a single 8-1/2” x 11” sheet advertising the retrofit of any hammerless Parker gun to the Parker automatic ejector.
NOTE: THIS IS NOT THE FULL CATALOG – ONLY THE COVER!
Both pieces are in excellent condition. The catalog cover piece is bright with excellent color and matches up with an original color in size and texture. There is absolutely no fading, probably because it was not exposed to the elements. The advertising sheet is folded in half, but is otherwise in excellent condition except for the most minor age discoloration around the edges.
