I'm a DIYer, so this product is not really geared toward someone like me, but I've done enough pipe replacement in my house to know how difficult it is to use manual crimping tools. I strained my arms pretty bad doing a bathroom remodel and decided I was never letting that happen again. Enter the Milwaukee Short Throw Press Tool. I have plenty of Milwaukee cordless tools already, so I only needed the bare tool instead of the kit and saved a good bit buying this when Milwaukee had a promotion to save 25%. This thing is just awesome working with pex. Just pull the trigger, wait a couple seconds and done! I also love how I can now easily get into tight spaces with this tool. With manual crimpers, you can run into some real challenges where you better plan ahead properly in order to get things to fit. This takes all that work out of the equation. The heads are really easy to swap out, and it comes with 1/2", 3/4" and 1" heads; pretty much all I'll ever need for my house, which is good because those heads aren't cheap. One thing to note, this tool is pretty heavy and that's without a battery on it. I highly recommend using a 2.0 or 3.0 battery only for this tool. I've used the 5.0 and that really can make this thing a beast to handle. I know it may seem crazy for a DIYer to own something like this, but all it takes is one good sized repipe/rework job at your house and you'll spend way more hiring a plumber than the cost of this tool. With all the copper I still have left in my house to replace this investment will pay for itself several times over. And, I can help out friends easily whenever they need to do some plumbing work. Awesome tool, Milwaukee!

Returns

When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it. The item and package should be in original and perfect condition. You will be required to cover shipping on the return of non-defective items. All returns MUST be done within 60 days of date of purchase. Please note that we cannot give refunds or replacements after the 60 day limit has expired. When sending in a return, please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the return to be processed. We do our best to process as quickly as possible.
