Change the way you train, develop muscle memory, and better shot trajectory with the Dr. Dish iC3 Shot Trainer.
Increase shooting reps up to 16 shots per minute with correct form and arc to maximize performance. The iC3 trainer securely rests on both indoor and outdoor traditional pole or wall-mounted hoops by simply lifting the vertical frame up over the rim and placing the rim rest on the back of the hoop. A 3-inch black weave rebounder net reduces light refraction and glare to give increased visibility while playing. The optional horizontal pole support adds stability to the sturdy 0.75-inch mild steel square tubing frame. With a lightweight 35 pound design, this shot trainer folds to 22 x 22 x 59 inches when not in use and can easily store in your garage. Wheels allow for easy portability to park, playground, gymnasium, or wherever your athlete wants to play making it perfect for busy practice nights.
