1937 emission, apparently (from the drawing numbers) reprinted in 1947.  Published by Briggs & Stratton.  NOT Ex-Library.  No ISBN.  Note - the photos you see are of this Parts List - no 'Stock Photos'.
A splendid item - An clean Parts List direct from B&S.  Good condition, 11" x 8 1/2" x 4 clean pages of splendid Parts information for these B&S engines, illustrated with parts drawings.
The B & S Model WM engine was built from 1936 - 1941, to power Home Washing Machines - hence the pedal to 'kick-start' the engine - excellent for the housewife or teen wishing to operate the engine.  Here in our large Amish population in north central Ohio gasoline-powered washing machines are very common - there is a demand for Maytag and other brand wringer washers and small Gasoline engines like this one.
