Oceanis 41.1 sailboat with 3 cabins and 2 heads layout.  Yanmar diesel low hours  Designed by naval architects Finot-Conq and Associates, the Oceanis 41 has a sleek low profile cabin with long coachroof windows and a continuous chine over the length of the boat. Major highlights of this Oceanis include a luminous interior plus an ingenious full width,  On deck, the maximum beam of the Oceanis 41 practically extends from midship to stern. This design allows the 41 to have a huge cockpit with lots of seating and plenty of room to stretch out.  The two large aft cabins are an added bonus.
This beautiful 41 ft Beneteau features dual-helm controls  Her shoal draft is ideal for shallow water cruising and great anchorages. Her hard chine design provides stability, less heel and speed, for more comfort and enjoyment underway. Outboard shrouds keep the decks clear and easier to move around safely. The mainsheet arch provides better sail control as well as safety; the in-mast furling keeps things simple and convenient.
Moving below, land escaper is the 3 cabin 2 head version,  Her space feels like what you would expect on a much larger boat and the interior has great headroom, lots of natural lighting and good ventilation. The L-shaped galley on port is thoughtfully laid out and has good working space. The dual guest cabins aft have a full queen-size berth each and a generous amount of space, so your guests will be comfortable. The heads have a separate showers and can be accessed from the saloon or ensuite from the aft or forward cabin. The saloon space is comfortable for lounging and dining, with the hullside windows allowing a panoramic view of the outside. The forward stateroom has hullside windows as well, a comfortable berth and great storage.

This vessel has been at my dock since after the storm and was being used as sleeping quarters for workers I had here rebuilding my property the boat lost the mast while it was on land during hurricane dorian. The vessel did not sink or submerge.
Needs  NEW MAST AND RIGGING k ...sails and boom are onboard and undamaged also has recent bottom paint
1/2 the price of one without any damage..... fix and flip or enjoy the savings and sail with champagne taste on beer money
