Coach Lenny Wilken of Basketball Hall of Fame(both as player and as coach) brings years of experience to this 2 tape set of instruction for both players and coaches. He is assisted by Coach Dick Helm who, with Wilken, claimed over 500 victories in their many years of coaching basketball.  They have created "The Basics" which consists of a 95 minute tape of offense skills focusing on ball handling, passing and shooting. There is also the 35 minute tape of defense skills which include stance, ball pressure,help,denial and post defense as well as rebounding.  Both tapes demonstrate several drills and tips to make plays successfully.  These tapes demonstrate, for coaches and players, how to execute plays and skills on the court, and they are accompanied by the workbook that is keyed to specific tape times. This workbook illustrates how to teach each segment and simplifies the drill or play logistics.
