    Description

2012 GMC Savana passenger van with 74890 miles AND with recent 4X4 conversion done by Advanced 4x4 in Utah by the owner. I purchased this van from him soon after he converted the van this February. The tires and wheels were also brand new and a new receiver was installed. The van did not have a receiver before this one. This rig is awesome and done better with the interior seating upgrades. The van is for sale locally and you can find additional pictures on marketplace. Located in Tehachapi, CA. Van is in great condition inside and out but does have some minor scratches here and there. We still drive the van locally to take kids to school or to the market, so mileage will slightly be increasing.
Any hoot, my plans have changed and will be looking for an extended version to further build it out. Originally was an 11 passenger van with bench seats that were removed in March to make room for the pair of new 2020 sienna van second row reclining pedestal seats with floor rails and they work as it was intended for the minivan. They are easily removable to make room for whatever you need to load through the side doors if need to. Also installed a brand new rear electric sofa/bed from Explorer van conversions, which I purchased here. The rear seat moves forward and back about a foot from its mounting position for extra room when needed. Everything works great on this rig. Our most recent long trip was to Washington state this July, all along the coast going north and back down interstate 5 was fantastic and had absolutely no issues whatsoever. This trip is where I decided I wanted the longer wheel base for the family. I am only selling because I want to further build one out for family for extended trips.
It has a garage-made roof rack that I built out of 2x3 angle aluminium side rails and 2x3 extruded aluminium inner rails to accommodate the Falcon XL rooftop tent that sleeps 3. Aluminees side ladder and Nomadic OVS 270dg. awning is included in the sale. The awning opens up up to the passenger front door and reaches the rear of van for shade when the rear doors are opened. Both the RTT and the awning were purchased in June and work great. I also have custom window black/out sun reflective covers for all the windows.
Other info, newer custom carpet to fit around seats, brand new stereo component with speakers and amplifier. Has new back up camera third brake light wired to the radio, new Bilstein shocks all around installed in July before our road trip and new brakes all around. Power door locks, power front windows, power mirrors, power font seat, front and rear A/C, rear window defroster. There are absolutely "0" rust issues with the van. This is a clean title van. I wish I bought it as an extended version but jumped on it as I did not want to wait months to get a van converted to 4x4 and could not find a nicer one that was not gutted out or had an older 4x4 conversion on it or with some rust issues. This one was just about ready and I jumped on it.
Please don't hesitate to ask questions. Again, I have the van posted locally as well as
    😃 book Market place.
