So I'm having to relist the boat because some funny guy decided to bid without $$ money $$ and waste my time
2002 Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 37.
Seaventure originally a chartered boat for her first five years in the Caribbean and then moved to South Florida
She is a good vessel but needs some maintenance and improvements we have been living aboard for the past 4 years my two young son and myself I need to move ashore now and the boat has to go she is ready to sail but I would classify her as a project.
we have Cruise South Florida and the keys to the Bahamas with her for the past 4 years she is it good running condition but does need some TLC she was originally a starter charter boats in the Caribbean and came back to the States in 2008 I am the second owner and have done some upgrades including a custom aluminum tubing fiberglass hardtop professionally made and integrated Arch /

11.5 foot RIB 3 feet up out of the water with a
Tohatsu 10 hp 4-stroke using dyneema on compound pulls with lock blocks. She has a brand new Mainsail cover with integrated Dutchman bag lazy Jack's she does need a new
uv cover on her roller furling that has been packed away to protect it from the Sun and she also has a asymmetrical Spinnaker with Spinnaker Pole there are 600 watts of solar panels with 3 AGM batteries that are 4 years old and 550 Watt solar panels leading to 6 AMG batteries that are 4 years old also included is a 400 watt wind generator there is a 12-volt refrigeration system built into the icebox the diesel engine is a Yanmar 3gm 30 27 horsepower the motor will need new rear engine mounts  and possibly , I had what appears to be a scam mechanic replace the mounts with generic two new mounts cost about 0 +/-   also the main Salon needs to be reupholstered but other than that she is in great condition all systems work Electrical ,Plumbing , Engine starts right up I would recommend updating autopilot and depth. But it works,  instruments are original from Raymarine. In great condition these boats go for 85 to 90 k , understanding the condition that this vessel is in I am listing it at 45k or best offer.  Don't get me wrong this boat could go cruising right now but to bring her into Bristol condition she needs some work . I am also including the Brownie dive compressor and hookah rig and the boat has a MOORING that is INCLUDED in the sale if desired at the rate of 0 a month it is also for the sale price locally at 45k reduced 35k need sold moving....  open to partial trades with cash looking for 4x4  vehicle van or crew cab pickup, diesel Suburban let me know what do you have in mind
The draft is 4.9 feet with a fin keel  and mast height is 51 feet
